Joseph C. Noto Collaborative Divorce Lawyers Bergen County Proposed NJ Family Collaborative Law Act

Joseph C. Noto, a Bergen County Collaborative Divorce Lawer, wants the public to know tthat the NJ Council of Collaborative Practice Groups has retained a lobbyist, Valerie Brown. to help the Council in the passage of the NJ Family Collaborative Law Act. (“NJFCLA”). She was instrumental in the  passage of the Uniform Mediation Act in NJ. If anyone knows a politician that may be willing to endorse the Act please contact Joseph C. Noto at jnotoesq@optonline.net.  Joe Noto says it would be greatly appreciated by the Council. Mr. Noto will keep his blog followers posted on the status of the same. The Council consists of 8 collaborative practice groups in NJ with over 200 members in the various disciplines of lawyer, financial, mental health professionals and advisors, all of whom are trained in the collaborative law process.
