Great News!! Joseph Noto, a Bergen County divorce lawyer who is on the New Jersey Council of Collaborative Practice Groups’ legislative committee, says that the NJ Senate and House of representives have voted unamlously to support the New Jersey Family Collaborative Law bill and it is on the Governor’s desk for approval.  We should know within 45 days if he will sign the bill. Joseph Noto, a collaborative divorce attorney, says that this Bill when passed will give the spouses of New Jersey a state endorsed alternative dispute resolution process before going to court to get divorced. This collaborative divorce process can only be done with collaboratively trained professionals such as Joseph Noto.  He looks forward to the bill being passed.
